Since 2015 HCGi has been configuring, delivering, implementing and servicing Microsoft Surface Pro Tablets to all the incoming students at one of the oldest schools in the country, Loyola Blakefield High School in Maryland
It starts with the Microsoft Office 365 Education Package. These Familiar applications and always-accessible files make building any curriculum seamless and easy on Android, iOS or Windows devices
All students receive:
Microsoft Surface tablet, pen, and rugged cover for the entire tablet
All this is covered under a 4-year Warranty
HCGi works with Loyola Information technology for quick access to loaner/spares as needed and the Campus Store stocks all the accessories

Actively collaborates with field sales organization, customer service, and marketing to generate a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through strategic cold calling/prospecting tactics within inbound and outbound marketing channels.

Our customer service reps support our Account Managers who have decades of experience in the computer industry. Ninety-five percent of our customers are repeat customers. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Columbia MD office. It is a salary-based position and includes bonus opportunities. We also offer health, dental, vision insurance and 401K match.
